Had a relaxing stay in september, glad I've chosen it. The double room I got was complete with a balcony, shower, for example. The staff was very friendly all the time. The location was perfect, not too far from a unique museum. I really enjoyed the ski area: there was a train station near the hotel.
The staff were extremely rude, didn't expect that coming.

Unbeatable location not far from the train station, supermarkets and stores, the Gornergrat and the train station and all the bars and shops, I felt safe. The room was good sized with bath as well as a wonderfull view and safety measures included smoke detectors.

The staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming lot of time. Hotel's location was marvellous as it was close to a train station. The property was in a great area.

Stayed at Bahnhof and loved the amazing location. Quiet yet close to train stations. Twin rooms had mountain views. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water and warm bedding. Late night check-in was easy, and staff were flexible about payment. Italian restaurant next door highly recommended. a clean and no-frills hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.
